520 $a The results of this study indicated that over a twelve-week period, there was a significant increase in multicultural awareness and motivation in the classroom as a result of the unit of instruction.
520 $a The purpose of this study was to measure the effects of a cross-cultural dialogue expressed through installation art. A unit of art instruction was developed to provide environments and opportunities for the students to examine their own and others' cultural belief systems through an ongoing cross-cultural dialogue with another school in a distinctly different geographic location of the city. Levels of motivation and multicultural awareness were measured.
