ESL students face multiple challenges when attending educational institutions for the first time. They must adapt to a new country with different customs, improve their communication skills, and deal with new cultures without losing their own. They have to deal with the school system, which requires them to succeed academically. ESL students need help interacting with their teachers and understanding what they say. Therefore, teachers must seek effective strategies to support their ESL students in their reading process. Reading is crucial for kindergarten English as a Second Language (ESL) students; for that reason, multisensory activities have emerged as a promising way to enhance reading instruction in the classroom. This work aims to equip ESOL teachers with a variety of multisensory activities to support ESL students in their reading process through the creation of a website in which teachers will have access to different materials that utilize the multisensory approach to help ESL students (K-2 grade) with Spanish background to improve their reading skill.
