The principle of movement in figurative design deals with the figure shifting its weight which forces the artist to deal with anatomy and balance. This research studied how to use the principle of movement in order to sculpt figures, to express the moment of creation when the supernatural and natural worlds described in Genesis came together. Limited evidence of evolution, archaeology, paleoanthropology, and geology, was introduced with science technologies that parallel the investigation of the biblical creation with primary interest to develop fountains with sculptural aesthetics. Artists from history known for their figurative works were studied in order to reflect the supernatural Spirit in a fountain of a column and capital component. Movement of the figures for the fountain column and capital is compared between that of Primeval, Classical Greek, Middle Ages, Baroque, Impressionism, American Realism, and contemporary. The column figures become modeled together forming a twisting movement from an awareness of DNA design which distinguishes contemporary time, and was not known or reflected in art periods past. The figures in clay are seen from a distance to the viewer in the center of the fountain, and represent that the spiritual world we can not touch is realized by faith. Natural stone around the fountain that creates the pool, represents the natural world of the Earth that we can touch through the geological qualities of their surfaces.
