The results of this study showed that employers in Muskegon involved in international business wanted employees with superior marketing management skills, sales ability, competency in foreign languages, and the ability to negotiate the terrain of cultural differences. Results also indicated that community colleges attempting to internationalize their business curriculum should work to build linkages with the business community.
