The purpose of this research was to identify how technology could help English language learners (ELLs) with learning disabilities in their classroom along with how technology could help teachers teach ELLs with learning disabilities. The methods of this paper include interviews and observations on how iPads were being used in the classroom with five primary aged dual identified students and their two teachers. Analysis of the data showed that the use of one to one iPads increased student engagement along with increasing the teachers' ability to modify and differentiate their instruction and lessons for ELLs with learning disabilities.
