The purpose of the study was to answer the research question of whether four transpersonal practices were useful in setting goals and in achieving goals. To answer this question, a workshop was developed and presented to four groups in four different places. Data collected in two questionnaires and one in-depth interview was analyzed using the case study research method. The population consisted of 41 females of similar description, except that socio-economic class was different in one of the groups. Despite that difference, the reported data remained similar. Two questionnaires were given to participants in the workshops and three participants from the last workshop participated in a personal interview. Likert Scale data from the two questionnaires was analyzed using descriptive statistics, and interview and short-answer data was analyzed using thematic analysis. Results indicated that the use of transpersonal practices were useful in both goal setting and goal achievement.
