520 $a The purpose of this master's project was to develop a scoring rubric that was used to score 59 CDFS 319I Critical Application Assignment papers in order to determine the achievement of 1 of the 6 Family and Consumer Sciences (FCS) student learning outcomes. After having expert reviewed and field-tested the newly developed evaluation instrument as well as performed mathematical calculations, it was concluded that a somewhat valid, moderately reliable evaluation instrument had been developed.
