Sun-Chu Kil for the first, Rev. Ki-Chul Joo for the second, Rev. Kyung-Chik Han for the third, Rev. Joon-Gon Kim for the fourth, and Rev. Chang-In Kim for the fifth). The last chapter proposes factors for effective church leadership for the future.

All had a strong personal devotional life, they were outstanding preachers, they developed lay leadership, they had a vision for national evangelization, they were Christian patriots, they were ecumenical leaders for the Gospel, and they were strong and good Christian educators. This study verified that each key leader had specific leadership patterns that effectively responded to the historical contexts and issues of their period and helped lead to renewal and expansion.
