A better understanding of the relationship between first line managers and their employee's satisfaction plays a pivotal role in the success of aerospace organizations. This study provides a framework for understanding the relationship of the interaction between first line managers and their employees that can be used to enhance and further expand the development of this relationship. Additionally, employees at all levels should benefit by learning more about this relationship which can be further strengthened as they progress in their own career development and upward mobility within the company's organizational hierarchy.
