隨著高齡化的人數日益上升加上少子化問題,台灣對外籍移工的需求逐年增加。從三十年前直到如今,外籍移工進入台灣工作,以社福類的印尼籍居多。雖然在印尼移工已受過基本的技能和語言的培訓,但到台灣後語言能力往往是不如預期的,導致雇主或被看護者與看護之間因語言不通而產生誤解。於是雇主與看護的語言障礙的影響為不可忽視的重要環節。 本研究之目的是基於協助看護解決上述的問題而設計了與看護有關的數位教材。而此學習管道是否可以滿足看護的語言需求正是本研究的重要問題。於是筆者首先向華語看護進行需求調查。根據調查結果發現在這些看護仍然需要學習更多與被照顧者有關的主題以及看護在台工作的權利有關的內容,因此筆者針對調查結果結合人工智能的中文教學平台編輯了教材並執行四次的試教活動。接著,針對試教過程以及看護自行使用數位教材平台的期間,再次調查看護的接受度和滿意度。而最後,根據此調查結果採用SWOT分析來敘述看護對使用平台的回饋。而這次的調查結果發現,學生在沒有老師的引導下未必會接受使用平台作為自主學習的工具,然而他們對使用數位教材平台的功能感到很滿意。根據這些回饋,筆者向政府和相關單位提出建議,為在台灣的看護獲得更多元的學習管道來提升他們的語言能力。.

With the increasing aging population and the problem of a low birth rate, Taiwan's demand for foreign migrant workers has increased year by year. From 30 years ago to now, foreign migrant workers have entered Taiwan to work, and most of them are Indonesians in the social welfare category. Although migrant workers in Indonesia have received basic skills and language training, their language skills are often not as expected after arriving in Taiwan, leading to misunderstandings between employers or care recipients and care workers. Therefore, the language barrier between employers and caregivers is an important issue that cannot be ignored. The purpose of this study is to design a digital teaching material to assist caregivers in solving the above-mentioned language problems. Whether this method is effective is an essential question of this research. Therefore, the author firstly conducted a Chinese language needs analysis survey on Indonesian caregivers in Taiwan. According to the survey results, it is found that caregivers at the elementary Chinese language level still need to learn more topics related to the patient and the rights of caregivers while they work in Taiwan. Therefore, the author edited and developed the teaching materials based on the survey results using the Chinese learning platform combined with artificial intelligence to conduct four trial teaching activities. Then, regarding the trial teaching process and the period when the caregivers used the digital platform by themselves, the acceptance and satisfaction of the caregivers were surveyed again. Finally, based on this survey result, a SWOT analysis was used to describe caregivers' feedback on using the platform. The results of this survey found that students may not accept the use of the platform as a self-learning tool without the guidance of a teacher, but they are satisfied with the functions of the digital teaching material platform. Based on the feedback, the author proposed to the government and relevant units to provide more diverse learning channels for caregivers in Taiwan to improve their language skills.
