This dissertation explored the methodology for writing creative fiction film screenplays using ChatGPT, an artificial intelligence (AI) language model based on GPT-n. Screenplays written by AI have had problems such as errors, cliches, and biases, which have hindered their creativity. To address AI's problems and improve its creativity, this study conducted screenwriting experiments using prompt writing, a new narrative strategy. In the research method, screenplays were created using prompt-based triggering, directing, and tagging experiments, and these were compared and analyzed using textual analysis. Triggering provided various ideas as AI freely constructed narratives. On the other hand, directing reflected the user's specific instructions, and tagging had high consistency and ensured completeness of the narrative. As a result, the mix of the three methods reduced the problems of AI screenplays and improved creativity. The findings of this study establish a dramaturgy and demonstrate the improved narrative of AI screenwriting through an example screenplay: Millennial Romance. This study contributes to the study of AI and film narratives by presenting insights into the innovative writing methodology and new aesthetics of human-AI collaboration through AI screenplays.
