Urbanization reduces people's access to nature. Some people in cities lack the basic knowledge of plants, and they cannot identify plants commonly found in cities. Botanists Wandersee and Schussler found through research in 1999 that the botany education activities performed helped the children to construct environmental perception and deconstruct the botanic blindness that affects most people from an early age. However, botany content in biology textbooks in American schools is 14%. Social activity courses are a satisfactory solution to give children an opportunity to interact with trees. In New York city, there are a total of 689,227 street trees. These trees will become older and get ill. Some of these trees will fall, which will affect city operations, such as blocking the road. So, these street trees need health detection once a year. This is a huge workload for tree maintainers. Detecting tree health is a good activity for children to interact with trees. Children are able to interact with trees and learn some knowledge in interesting activities, and this activity also can reduce the workload of tree maintainers. According to each tree health detection point, I design a set of products for children's social activity to detect tree health. This is a set of tools for children's social activity experiments to detect tree health. This set of products comprehensively detects the health of trees by detecting soil environment, tree age, tree height, branches, trunks, and leaves. Each part of the test is a fun science experiment.
