Counselor education programs are vital to the future of the counseling profession. Acknowledging the shifting nature of counselor education and the necessity of differentiating how learning occurs, including experiences, is crucial. This single-case pilot study evaluated a creative, music-based intervention in counseling supervision aimed to increase empathy and emotional intelligence development. The study used a quantitative methodology using a nonoverlap of all pairs (NAP) and a visual inspection of a line graph as data analyses for participants (N = 4) to determine the efficacy of a music-in-supervision intervention. Results revealed medium to strong effect sizes with most participants. The implications of the study are discussed.
