This thesis examines the impact of social media on negative body image in contemporary young women. To help this group improve their positive body image, I created a website called "Carely." People can share their stories and get expert opinions through the online community on the site. Due to the development of technology, people use social media frequently, and having an outstanding appearance and body has become a label for women to express themselves. This leads to negative body impressions in many young women. This project aims to increase the group's enthusiasm for body image through sharing and interaction and help them increase their self-confidence and acceptance.
