This study's primary purpose was to explore the attitudes and perceptions of faculty on students utilizing tablet-based delivery methodologies in learning developmental mathematics in undergraduate classes in Miami-Dade County, Florida. This study used a descriptive research design. The qualitative study explored the lived experiences and perceptions of faculty. The study's target population was faculty teaching developmental mathematics in Miami, Florida. The qualitative study used a purposive sampling method to obtain a sample size of ten faculty members. The data collection method utilized by this qualitative study was the use of interviews and questionnaires. These were reliable data collection methods that allowed the study to obtain data from faculty. The findings from the collected data indicated that tablet-based delivery methodologies are the most reliable when used to teach developmental mathematics. Further, research findings from the qualitative study showed that faculty had positive attitudes and perceptions towards the use of tablet-based delivery methods in teaching developmental mathematics. The research recommended further studies to focus on other technological tools apart from tablet-based delivery methodologies that may be helpful in learning. The study also suggested future studies to focus on using tablet-based delivery methodologies in teaching other disciplines apart from developmental mathematics. This qualitative study recommended the implementation of tablet-based delivery methodologies in teaching developmental mathematics.
