Thesis (M.Div.)--Regent University, 2021.
Includes bibliographical references
People face severe problems and challenges every day. They range from natural disasters and emergencies to serious health and life-threatening problems. At these difficult moments, people need spiritual uplifting, guidance, and psychological support to help them find the solution to the problem(s) being faced. A military chaplain can help to think through and solve the issues mentioned above, while welcoming people from all faiths and backgrounds to participate in the religious services. This thesis demonstrates the chaplains' work value, which is both qualified and experienced in dealing effectively in different settings under significant pressure. In addition, this thesis sets out to prove that chaplains' guidance might dynamically and efficiently change personal behavior and improve people's psychological and emotional stability in times of emergency.
