The purpose of this study was to discover the perceptions of self, others, and well-being of professional adult dancers when dance training includes spirituality. This qualitative single case study included Christian modern and ballet dance participants from a professional dance company in Texas. Using observation, face-to-face structured interviews, a questionnaire, and a review of archived material, the researcher recorded descriptive and reflective notes to code themes and categorize patterns for accuracy. This study revealed spirituality as positively influencing how a professional dancer perceives themselves, others, and their well-being.
