e-Learning refers to delivering required lectures, knowledge, and training by using digital and electronic resources such as computers, tablets, and the internet. The current Covid-19 pandemic has demonstrated the importance of e-learning, which has allowed students to continue learning-anything, at any time, and anywhere. To enhance its functionality, educational institutions use different formats in structuring course outlines. This provides them an opportunity of using modules and frameworks by utilizing the software as a learning management system, employing a portal, and considering the use of different colors to attract potential customers. This thesis elaborates on the meaning, concept, and advantages of e-learning and discusses the porotype website of DigitalAcademy.net and how the functions are implemented. It considers how e-commerce is a part of e-learning and discusses the technology acceptance model (TAM) which facilitates the adoption of e-learning. After outlining the e-learning model and concept, this report introduces DigitalAcademy.net, explaining its vision, target population, and platform sections. This report looks at how the platform seeks to fill the gap that countries in the Middle East have in terms of Digital media, marketing and transfer of knowledge concerning online courses in Arabic. Furthermore, it includes information related to course formats, admin functions, different strategies to involve learners in the course, and evidence-based information related to the use of colors and text in the logo and icons of the learning platform, in addition to identifying competitors in the sector. In the methodology section, the appropriate methods such as WordPress, AstraTheme for Learner dash, and eliminator page builder for the learning platforms are used.
