This study measured the relationship between personality, intelligence and emotional intelligence and job performance. A review of the assessments and results used in the employee selection process were used to compare against job performance ratings. The results based on a sample size of 156 indicate that a statistically significant relationship does not exist in the manner in which these assessments were used.
