The purpose of this paper is to provide geo-strategic wargaming methods to develop insights for decision-makers. Proposed design approaches span wargame scenarios, participants, and analytical techniques. Methods include; decision-maker participation, the comparison of insights across wargames, using iterative wargames to capture emergent insights, and using multiple analytical tools to triangulate insights. Credible insights are then organized into portfolios with a focus on opportunities and risks within a geostrategic context (e.g. Pandemic, Environmental disasters...).
