This project contains the proposed strategy for developing a structure and administrative model for the new Vietnam Baptist Seminary that provides training to the Internet generation church leaders in Vietnam. The project director studied the reasons and feasibilities to develop the seminary platform with basic operations. The plan also included provisions for future expansions. The project consists of five chapters. Chapter one contains the explanation of the ministry context and the scope of the project. Chapter two provides the theological implication and compelling reasons for the seminary project. Chapter three is a study of theological associations and seminaries in Southeast Asia. In the chapter, the project director attempted to find a general guideline for establishing a seminary in a Southeast Asian country, in this case, Vietnam. With the general knowledge learned from chapter three, the project director developed a basic structure for the proposed seminary in chapter four. The design keeps two criteria as guiding posts for the implementation. The first criterion is to have a basic structure and administrative model achievable given the sociopolitical in Vietnam. The second criterion is to focus the theological training for the new generation and maintain the current equipping program to build a bridge for students from the existing Bible institute to attend the new seminary in the future. In chapter five, the project director analyzed the possible challenges and did some preparations to provide the resources needed at the implementation stage.
