This paper looks at romantic relationships of men and women with the approach of helping men with build and improve their traits and behaviors in relationships. Relationships habits are often formed off men's environments steaming from family parent dynamic, social media, friends, all forms of digital media and other forms of relationship information learned behavior. This project uses a counseling approach to support men in their development of relationship behavior. Rational-Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), as well as music therapy, is utilized to assist with this new path development for men. A men's self-discovery weekend retreat is established in the paper allowing for in-depth self and group life and relationship reflection encourages the member's development. Finally, the paper includes a list of key concerns and views for further research.
