Constructed on the framework of Social Exclusion Theory, through the narrative storytelling of nine undocumented long-term Mexican residents of the United States, this research is presented and analyzed using a combination of Boje Story Deconstruction and Peircean Abductive Methodology. It is meant to provide an accurate story of the lives of the study participants and their interaction with contemporary American society. The research postulates that an attitude toward Mexican immigrants may exist in White American culture that represents a lasting remnant from the days of the institutionalized eradication of Native Americans under policies such as the Indian Wars, the Indian Removal Act, and Manifest Destiny that is linked to the unique geographic proximity and historical geopolitical interplay of Mexico with the United States and analyzes the White Nationalist story line against contradictory research results. The research concludes with an overview of the evolving demographics relating to the growing Latino presence in the United States and the need for Organizational Development professionals to increase their awareness of this dynamic.
