An existing gap about the Silicon Valley (SV) Asian Indian's (AI) health data calls for an empirical research study. The main objectives of the study are to collect, analyze, disseminate specific chronic disease data (diabetes and CVD) stressors/risk factors and interventions, and to raise the awareness through increased knowledge to embrace a healthier lifestyle. An abundance of scientific literature demonstrates how the AIs in the United States are highly susceptible to chronic diseases such as diabetes and cardiovascular (CVD) conditions. The prevalence of such chronic diseases for the SV AIs is higher than other ethnographies; despite most of the AIs are vegetarians, do not drink or smoke, have high-income levels, and a highly supportive network of family systems. A seminal research study specific to these two chronic diseases collected real-time data for six months through personal interviews, email solicitations, and a SurveyMonkey questionnaire. Secondary data sources such as California Health Interview Survey (CHIS) by UCLA Public Health (PH) Policy public use files (PUF, 2015-2016), CDC's BRFSS data and the Santa Clara County PH department (SCC PHD) data (2017), supplemented the real-time data. SPSS descriptive analysis of the supplemental data and AskCHIS NE analysis tool provided convincing inferences. Cronbach's α of .976 with a significant level less than the probability at 95% CI validly confirmed such a high prevalence of diabetes and CVD for this Diaspora. The SM real-time data analysis showed one in eight adults has diabetes and is prediabetic. As per the supplemental data, 9 % (29,000) of the geriatric populace have diabetes while 7% have heart diseases.
