The Lipan Apache Tribe's use of information and communication technology (ICT) has become important for sharing government, cultural, social, and educational information; and many tribe members rely on ICT to stay connected as Lipan Apaches. This has led to the creation of a cultural space called Mini' Niaa Daago_o_t´i (Let This Be Our Space) that utilizes digital technology to share tribal information, promote social interaction, and otherwise support the Lipan Apache face-to-face community. To support this virtual cultural space, this analytic auto-ethnography explores how cultural cohesion could be strengthen by incorporating the four elements of the Peoplehood Model into the structure and content of Mini' Niaa Daago_o_t´i. The study draws on critical theories of Indigenous peoplehood and dispositive analysis. A critical finding is that tribe members use ICT to mediate experience of their ancestral lands and sacred ceremonies. Also, the author advances theoretical understanding of the Peoplehood Model.
