This parent reported descriptive survey design examined eight parents of English as a Second Language (ESL) elementary students' healthy behavior patterns to establish a correlation between multiple variables being reported.

520 $a An Analysis of Variances (ANOVA) was conducted and concluded that there is an association between parent reported education level and children's dietary habits. In addition, there is a significant negative correlation between screen time and the parent's education level. Parents reported on their ethnic group and analysis revealed multiple correlations between ethnic group and other reported variables. No significance was reported on the association of physical activity levels and dietary habits.
