In this study, the research examined the relationship between Emotional Intelligence, Transformational Leadership, and Leader -- Efficacy in nonprofits leaders. A total of 110 leaders were assessed using three instruments: Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire, Leader Efficacy Questionnaire, and Genos Emotional Intelligence Test. Using the Pearson r correlation, the relationship between each set of variables was tested to determine what factor of emotional intelligence predicted transformation leadership and leader efficacy. A relationship was found amongst several factors however, Emotional Self-Awareness, Emotional Self-Management, and Emotional Management of others had the strongest relationship with Transformational leadership.
