In this paper, the author will focus on how to provide recommendations to social networking website users by their preference before. With the trend of Web personalization, which means Web site dynamically customizes viewing contents or browsing recommenda-tions for the users based on their preferences have been discovered, more and more researchers pay attention on how to sort users by their interests, activities or experiences. It is the first step that how to make the target data set, which record all behaviors after users login, smaller and cleaner. The Author figure out a new method, using the API provided by the Social networking website itself, to deal with the problems bringing with the web crawler, which is most popular tool to catch up the data from webpage. Then, the author improves a typical stream mining algorithm, Moment, to analyze the data collected in the first step. The improvement could make the Moment algorithm more efficient when the slide window moves, by adding a list after every node in the storage structure.
