Thesis (D.Min.)--Regent University, 2015.
In 2015, approximately 3 billion people around the world use the Internet. It is estimated that 91% of people on earth have a mobile phone. Based on these trends, it is estimated that mobile will help to push Internet penetration beyond 50% of the world's population during mid to late 2016. The ramifications for global evangelism are staggering. The Internet and digital media continues to grow around the world, offering these believers the opportunity to connect with others to share the Gospel. The time has come for individual Christians, local churches, parachurch ministries, Christian publishers, and media ministries to harness the tremendous communication power and potential of the Internet, smart phones and mobile digital devices to evangelize the burgeoning digital audience.
