The following study examines the factors related to Black entrepreneurial success. A qualitative research approach was employed to examine participants' lived experiences, in which common themes were identified. Findings showed that interpersonal skills were rated highest among participants who were asked to identify critical leadership skills important for entrepreneurs to possess. Family and faith were identified as influential support systems.
