The subjects were 590 administrators from 59 junior colleges in Taiwan, including the president, six chief administrative officers, and three department directors for each institution. A questionnaire was used to gather their perceptions concerning the junior college evaluation. A total of 429 usable questionnaires were received, which represented a response rate of 72.71%. A five-point Likert scale was used in the study. The independent t test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), and two-way ANOVA were used to analyze the data at the.05 level of significance.
