520 $a In the church, men's ministry exists to nurture men to become robust disciples and missional leaders. The church has been trying to discover and explore for activities to make this nurturing happen. The purpose of this study was to discover activities in the Toronto Chinese Methodist Church and other Canadian Chinese churches in the Greater Toronto area that are nurturing men to become healthy disciples and leaders, characterized by continual growth and commitment in their relationships with God, their families, churches, and workplaces.
520 $a In conclusion, five major findings emerged from this study. First, through small group and Bible study activities, men are nurtured to grow in their relationships with God. Second, through small group activities, men are nurtured to grow in their relationships with their families, brothers and sisters in the church, and colleagues at work. Third, both small group and Bible study activities have been impacting men significantly. Fourth, the nurturing of men is important to the health of families and churches. Finally, the nurturing of men is a journey of transformation and changes.
