The researcher sought to identify, describe, analyze, and explore relationships among demographic characteristics, preferred managerial leadership style, and managerial effectiveness of full-service lodging establishments in Florida.
520 $a An analysis of the data includes descriptive statistics, such as frequencies, percentages, mean preference scores, and t test results. Out of the 12 independent t tests, four came back as statistically significant: (a) Age and transformational leadership style preference; (b) Age and managerial effectiveness; (c) Education and transactional leadership style preference; and (d) Years of experience and managerial effectiveness.
