Many existing arrangements for elementary band are either too simple, and lack interesting melody, harmony, and rhythm, or are too difficult to play. Additionally, the more complex arrangements use instrumentation not commonly available in the elementary school due to the size of the students and the instruments, as well as the difficulty of the instruments. This project addresses the need for more elementary band arrangements that are musically interesting, motivating, and possible for students to play.
