This project provides a training manual containing material on quality customer service and patient satisfaction for associates working in a dental clinic. The material in the manual is designed for the individual needs of different dental clinic organizations. The twenty topics covered in the manual have a similar structure, a descriptive note on the topic followed by activities. The training manual is designed to motivate associates to serve their patients in a better way, create memorable experiences for their patients plus meet and even exceed patients' expectations, and work better as a team. This manual will provide a foundation for improving the associates' and patients' relationships and creating loyal clients and patients on a long-term basis.
