Thesis (M.A.)--The University of Kansas, 2006.
This study investigated the relationships that telecommuters have with their supervisors, focusing on the overall quality of the relationship and on trust in that supervisor. In addition, this study looked at telecommuter satisfaction with components of the working environment, and the effects that time, operationalized as either the number of years spent as a telecommuter or the number of days telecommuted annually, had on the superior/subordinate relationship and job satisfaction.
