This study investigated the relationship of shared leadership, team behaviors, and team structure on selected work outcomes among pastors serving on leadership teams. Data was gathered over an 8-week period using survey research method. Moderated multiple regression was conducted on the data and determined that shared leadership negatively related with stress outcomes and positively related with job satisfaction. This study also indicated that a positive relationship existed between empowering team behaviors and shared leadership and that these team behaviors related positively with satisfaction and negatively with certain stress outcomes. The component of horizontal team structure did not relate at a significant level with shared leadership or empowering team behaviors. Furthermore, horizontal structure related only with role conflict, and that relationship was positive in nature.
