Spatial information and Geographic Information System (GIS) literature shows that spatial information accessibility presents a dilemma within the GIS environment. Organizations need an effective method of accessing, visualizing, and reducing spatial information accessibility time. This is important for government organizations and GIS community. The WebGIS methodology was used as a way of reducing the tediousness of spatial information accessibility. This research investigated users' difficulties in accessing spatial information within various GIS environments as well as the inherent difficulties of the spatial information environment. After the sample population group completed the survey, descriptive statistics were used to analyze the study data. The results showed that spatial information retrieving skills and uneasiness changed at a 5% level of significance as a result of the treatment. This finding is particularly important for Geographic Information Officers (GIO), GIS users, and geo-decision makers faced with increasingly larger spatial information; the GPS data logger treatment can be used as an alternative to traditional, mind-numbing, GIS accessibility methods. Users constrained by distance and technology may also realize a direct benefit. The study's sample population indicated that they would use the WebGIS treatment again. Increased GIS user accessibility time, user flexibility, and contributions to the GIS field combined, have impacted positive social change. The WebGIS treatment would have positive social impact and beneficial to people in the GIS communities by providing effective spatial information that can be accessed with relative ease and reduce production costs significantly with the implementation of WebGIS.
