The purpose of this quantitative descriptive correlation study was to assess the relationship between perceived quality of retirement programs (PQRP) and job satisfaction. Findings revealed evidence that knowledge professionals who have a higher PQRP tend to have elevated job satisfaction while knowledge professionals with lower PQRP tend to have lower job satisfaction. A hierarchical regression analysis revealed that age moderates the relationship between the retirement programs features subscale of the PQRP and job satisfaction. The findings also indicated gender moderates the relationship between PQRP and job satisfaction. Therefore, the findings indicated employees' age and gender need to be considered in retirement intervention programs to enhance employees job satisfaction.
