The purpose of this research project was to investigate the expectations that learners, faculty, administrators, librarians and instructional designers have of each other for library support and information literacy in distributed learning (DL) at Royal Roads University. The goal of the project was to identify needs of the people working and learning at Royal Roads University and suggest potential solutions to the sponsor, the library at Royal Roads University.
