In distributed learning at Royal Roads University, what expectations for library support and information literacy do librarians, instructional designers, instructors, administrators, and learners have of each other? The expectations between each group or within each group may be different. The goal of the research was to identify differences in expectations and identify gaps. How can the people designing and implementing distributed learning meet the expectations of the people accessing the library by distance?
