Problems arise when Jimmy, his brother, comes back after having been missing for months, and Tony, the youngest brother, suddenly appears home from bootcamp. Calvin also begins to experience feelings for the boss' daughter, Nina who cruelly taunts him. This creates a situation that Calvin has no experience with when a fight breaks out between Jimmy, Calvin and Nina that ultimately results in injury to Nina. Calvin runs away from home and becomes lost. Calvin meets a runaway on his journey who helps him find his way home and his dignity as a real person and not a monstrosity.
