The book combines Hegel's Sittlichkeit with Habermas' Communicative Ethics to develop a set of ethical principles for management and concludes with a practical proposal to introduce Company Ethics Councilsbased on ten rules that reflect Hegelian ethics and Habermas' communicative ethics.
