The Church should be able to introduce spiritual leaders to the contemporary generation. Such leaders are normally supposed to devote themselves to teaching and developing the creative technology fit for the age. Only those who endeavor to cultivate great men may be called the ones who contain great mind and nature and transfer them to the upcoming generation.

Unhappily, though, the Church is currently on the verge of being too powerless or ignorant to face or fight pains and problems of this generation in that it has nothing to legate to the future age. Or, is it ready or capable to cure the pains of this time? The present study is motivated by this very question.

The philosophy of JG Reading School will be presented in the part 4. JG stands for Jesus' Generation and JG Reading School was established by the writer with a view to foster talented human resources. A life must have a theme. Each of us should keep his or her own life plan in order not to waste time building a structure destined to be crumbled. A life plan is an instrument proclaiming the theme of life for a person. JG Reading School pursues such values as vision, relationship, personality, sharing and legacy through the process of reading that can help establish a theme of life. The curriculum of the JG Reading School comprises lessons in attendance, home assignments, field works and lessons for parents.

There is no doubt about the potential of JG Reading School to contribute to training the leaders of our future society. It must be emphasized here that "such leaders should be those who love persons, develop happy relationship among them, are respected for their fine characters, distribute pleasure of being excellent to participants, and leave the whole process of their life packed with dreams and values as a fortune for descendants, preparing them for new generations to come." The students of JG Reading School are expected to acquaint themselves with reading as a natural source of pleasure, build up a healthy and proper value in life and map out a firm objective toward life.
