ICS is the largest biannual international computer symposium held in Taiwan, Republic of China. It is intended to provide a forum for researchers to discuss current research developments and practices, and to explore future trends and applications in computer technologies. ICS2002 consists of seven separate workshops, each focusing on a specific area. Each workshop is chaired by a leading researcher in the field. You are thereby ensured to have the best opportunity to meet colleagues and to discuss on-going research at ICS2002. Furthermore, tutorials, keynotes and invited talks on recent research interests are to be arranged.
