Risk sermaye sirketleri ise ortakllk yoluyla, gelisme potansiyeli yuksek olan firmalara gereksinimi olan kurulus ve gelisme sermayesinin saglandlgl sirketlerdir. Bu sirketier, yeni kuruluslara yaptlklan yatlnmlann gok yuksek risk igermesi nedeniyle diger finansal metodlarla kazanllacak olan ortalama getiriden gok daha yuksek bir getiri beklentisi igindedirler Her iki kavram da degerli bir projeye sahip olan girisimcilerin yeni bir ise baslamalannl saglayacak alternatif yollar sunarlar. 520 $a Incubation centers are the places built to help the creation of new enterprises working in high technology fields and support them during the establishment and growth periods by providing the connection with universities. Venture capital is the high risk capital supply for enterprises with high development potential, in forms of equity shares. Venture capital firms provide venture capital in expectation of higher profit than average. These two concepts create alternative methods for developing businesses for the entrepreneurs with valuable projects. Starting up new businesses in high technology fields is beneficial for the country. The main resons for that is; it creates new jobs and attributes to the economy. As important as that, is the development of the country in science and technology. Because of these major advantages, the increase in the number of incubation centers and establishment of venture capital firms are suggested.
