Digital technologies are playing a growing role in achieving the UN's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) They are both a tool both for achieving developmental outcomes and a driver of change. However, the use of digital technologies also entails certain legal challenges. The purpose of this book is to highlight these challenges and suggest solutions.
