This research develops a theoretical model of missionary sending by examining factors that facilitate or hinder the sending of global missionaries by the Assemblies of God of India. Cross-cultural workers from every major continent currently serve as missionaries in India. At the same time, the Assemblies of God of India has begun to develop its own indigenous cadre of missionaries being sent to the unreached domestically. While the Assemblies of God of India rejoices at these realities, it is searching for effective methods of sending global missionaries.To identify factors influencing the sending of global missionaries by the Assemblies of God of India, this research utilized various avenues of data collection. The biblical and missiological literature informed the sending of missionaries. The sociological and data analysis research assisted in discovering socio-economic and cultural factors influencing the sending of global missionaries by the Assemblies of God of India. The Q sort research revealed factors influencing the sending of global missionaries by the Assemblies of God of India. The research presented conclusions with components for a theoretical model of the sending of global missionaries by the Assemblies of God of India.
