The purpose of this project is to equip the members of Bannister Road Baptist Church to biblically navigate the racial history of America's past treatment of African Americans and be not moved away from faith in Jesus Christ through use of racial history used to invalidate the Christian faith. This goal will be attained by seeking guidance from Scripture on race matters. Central to this project is an encouragement for African American Christians to maintain their faith in Jesus Christ and gain wisdom to exhort fellow African Americans who may be enticed to abandon the Christian faith due to racism.
