This paper explores methods of emerging virtual reality technologies that can assist people in better understanding corporate surveillance in the twenty-first century. During this period, high immigration rates resulted in a significant percentage of non-English-speaking citizens. Advanced technologies accelerate the invasion of corporate surveillance into people's everyday life. People become less cautious of their information. They give away their data consciously or unconsciously in exchange for benefits (tailored content, customized settings), but it also bears risks (privacy issues). Guided by principles of practice as research, this study demonstrates that interactive and immersive VR environment others people a chance to experience corporate surveillance in an entertaining, exaggerated and also concrete way.
