Bu calismada elektronik atiklardan degerli metallerin geri kazanimi arastirilmis, gunumuzde kullanilan geri donusum yontemleri incelenmistir. Bilgisayar, televizyon, camasir makinesi, cep telefonu ve bunun gibi ev, ofis ve endustride kullanim alani bulan, yararli omrunu tamamlamis veya ariza nedeniyle daha fazla kullanilmayan, tamiri mumkun olmayan aletlerin tumu elektronik atik kategorisi altinda degerlendirilmistir.Teknolojinin hizla gelismesi nedeniyle hizli bir sekilde atik haline gelen elektronik malzemelerin temel sorunu civa, kursun, kadmiyum gibi zehirli maddeleri yapilarinda bulundurmalaridir. Bunun yaninda altin, gumus, bakir, paladyum gibi ekonomik degeri bunyesinde barindiran elektronik ekipmanlar geri kazanim sistemine dahil edilmediklerinde, icerdikleri degerli metaller de zayi olmaktadir.Bu calismanin ilk kisminda, e-atik tanimi, kapsami, mevcut geri donusum programlari ve e-atik toplama yontemleri anlatilmistir. Ikinci kisminda ise, elektronik atiklarin geri kazanimiyla ilgili mevcut yontemler tanimlanmistir. Ayrica e-atik icerisinde bulunan cam, plastik cesitleri ve metallerin geri donusumuyle ilgili cesitli teknolojilere yer verilmistir. Kimyasal geri donusum, mekanik geri donusum yontemleri analiz edilmis, bakir ve kursun metalleri ile gumus, altin, platin ve paladyum gibi degerli metallerin geri kazanim prosesleri degerlendirilmistir.Gelismis ulkelerde uygulanan degerli metal geri kazanim yontemlerine karsin ulkemizde uygulanmakta olan elektronik atik geri kazanim sistemi ve bu sistemin degerli metal geri kazanimi noktasindaki eksiklikleri anlatilmistir.

This study investigated the recovery of precious metals from electronic waste, and recycling methods used today, was examined. Computer, television, washing machines, mobile phones and similar homes, offices and industrial areas found useful life is completed or is not used more because of failure, repair is not possible, all of the instruments under the category of electronic waste was evaluated.Development of technology in human life is becoming even more easy and comfortable. However, rapidly improving technology in the hands of consumers quickly be consumed and the electronic devices is changing too often. This mountain of electronic waste as old equipment is accumulated. Fundamental problem of electronic waste mercury, lead, cadmium, such as toxic substances, besides their gold, silver, copper, palladium, such as economic value to the precious metal in the structure. Uncontrolled electronic waste are left to nature as a structure because of harmful substances in the environment and harm to human health. Besides, a great economic value has been included in an electronic equipment recycling system, to include loss of the precious metal.In this paper, the first half describes trends in the amount of e-waste, existing recycling programs and collection methods. The second half describes various methods available to recover materials from e-waste. In particular various recycling technologis metals found in e-waste are discussed. Recovery processes for copper, lead, and precious metals such as silver, gold, platinum, and palladium are reviewed.In this study, recovery of precious metals from electronic waste is applied to correct and incorrect methods are put in place. In Turkey implemented an electronic waste recycling system and recycling of precious metal point of this system should be established with the shortcomings of the system are specified for the proposal.
